Conducted user interviews, workshops and apply methodologies in an agile environment, gathered business requirements and conducted competitor, market and trends research to innovate and successfully enhanced the previous software's UI and UX. Created documentation for development and presented findings to the stake holders to gain support and implement the suggested recommendations.
